About the Author
Bryant Daniel Greer was born the third of four children, to Elder Cynthia Greer-Maddox, in 1986. At an early age, it was recognized that Bryant was God-chosen and possessed a unique anointing. Although his mother was not certain how he would be used in the Kingdom, she continuously positioned herself in prayer, asking for God’s covering over her young son’s life. Her fervent prayers derived from Bryant’s repeated answer of desiring to be a preacher, whenever someone asked what he aspired to be when he grew up. At the age of nine, Bryant started an in-home ministry, providing a worship environment, for his ailing grandmother and many of the neighborhood children who didn’t attend church on a regular basis. As a result, in the course of his young ministry and spiritual innocence, many of the neighborhood children accepted Christ into their lives. Through this display of God’s love and favor upon Bryant’s life, his grandmother received spiritual uplifting and comfort during her last days. In February 2000, at the age of fourteen, responding to the call of God, Bryant was appointed Youth Minister of the Temple of Love and Praise, under the leadership of Pastor Wilma Banks. He was appointed a Prophet in the Lord’s Church. Given the severity of this call, Bryant surrendered completely and was affirmed by Bishop Jeffrey K Knight, Presiding Prelate of PHOG Fellowship Churches, Inc. Prophet Greer currently serves under the leadership of Overseer Daniel E. Sutton, Pastor of Kingdom Life Church, where he faithfully serves.
This story is paralleled with our life experiences and used to inspire others. The old proverb "desperate times call for desperate measures' is exemplified as the Canaanite woman refuses to take no for an answer.

She looked around to see who it was, but no one was sitting near or standing close to her, and the door was closed. Dana was startled by the whisper; she did not understand where the voice came from. There were several people in the bar at the time, but no one appeared to have whispered her name. A strange feeling came over Dana and she immediately stood up and begin to think about where the voice could have come from. Walking slowly behind the counter she sat her ginger ale down on the bar. Dana was engulfed in her thoughts and was bought back to reality when she heard a customer yell “give
us a drink down here”. Dana’s mind jolted back to reality, and she begin to serve the bar filled with customers. The next day as Dana still thought about the voice, she heard the night before she decided to make a change. Dana decided to leave working at the bar and pursue her goals and dreams.
